Chicken Burgers probably aren’t what you think of immediately when it comes to a burger, but you will be shocked by how delicious these simple chicken burgers can be. Flavored with ingredients you already have in your pantry, these simple burgers are full of flavor and seriously good.

Burgers are something I can almost always get everyone to agree on for dinner. So a Chicken burger is a happy compromise that usually works for everyone.  I decided to use Chicken mince instead of grilled chicken for this burger since it’s inexpensive and I don’t feel like I am “wasting” it on a burger recipe. 

Topped with some fresh American cheese slice, tomatoes, and slice cucumber – it’s a delicious, lighter burger you’ll love.

  • 150 gram Fresh Chicken Mince
  • 2 number whole Onions Red onions sliced and fine Chopped
  • 5 gram Carrot fine Chopped
  • 5 gram leeks Fine Chopped
  • Tomatoes sliced
  • Cucumber sliced
  • 1 piece american cheese slice White Cheese slice
  • 10 Grams ice burg and chicory lettuce you can choose any lettuce
  • Thyme
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 number sesame bun
  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra Virgin


  • Take the Fresh Chicken in a food processor or mincer until properly minced.
  • Add Fine Chopped Red onions.
  • Add Fine Chopped carrots and leeks.

  • In a large bowl, add the Chicken , chopped onions, carrots, leeks add fresh thyme , Sprinkle the seasoning salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Use your hands to mix the ingredients until they are just combined.
  • Divide the meat mixture into Three. Take 1/4 of the meat mixture and use your hands to press it into the shape of a Chicken patty that is about 2/4 inch thick. Make an indention in the middle of the patty to prevent bulging in the center of the Chicken as it cooks. Repeat with the remaining meat mixture, making 3 Chicken burger.

  • Form into patties. If needed place the mixture in the fridge for 10 minutes before forming patties. It will help them stay together.
  • Brush burgers with Olive oil and grilled.

  • Cook in a medium hot skillet for about 5 to 6 minutes per side.

  • once your patty is cooked add 1 slice of american cheese and let them melt.
  • Serve on toasted sesame buns with slice tomatoes, cucumber ,slice onions , Lettuce and your favorite burger toppings , and serve with french fries.
