According to a my Experience the Mostly people thinks about food an average of four times a day, totaling up to about 40 minutes daily.

Think about all you can do in 40 minutes. That could be the same amount time you spend commuting to work, completing a workout, watching your favorite movie show, or sitting down and actually eating a meal.

That entire chunk of time is the average span surveyors reported simply thinking about food. Looking at the bigger picture, this totals to over 240 hours per year, which is equivalent to more than 10 days


Good nutrition is an important part of leading a healthy lifestyle. Combined with physical activity, your diet can help you to reach and maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk of chronic diseases (like heart disease and cancer), and promote your overall health.

How chef thinking about food?….

As a chef We all think about food every single day, and for a bunch of different reasons — out of necessity, for fun, out of boredom, for comfort and for enjoyment.


People get energy from food. … We create all the energy we need by eating. The structures components that make up the human body, such as muscles, organs, and bones, are also composed of the nutrients contained in food, meaning that it is.

Why I choose to write food blog ?……

I want to represents a complex interweaving of “foodie” or gourmet interest in cooking.

My guest always thinks how we make nice and presentable food. And they always thinks we have some magical ingredients or tricks to make food.

I wish I had some magic secrets or shortcuts to share, but the truth is that making food is hard work. I receive questions about the subject fairly often, so I sat down to compile my best tips how to make food at home same like we get in hotels and restaurants. You’ll be more likely to make a tasty and presentable food if you follow these guidelines.
