Ingredients
  

  • 200 gram. Concord grapes काले अंगूर
  • 2 tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 cup. Fresh Orange juice instead of orange juice you can choose any citrus juices
  • 1 cup. Spring Water Add water as per the quantity.

Instructions
 

  • In a deep pan, take the black grapes with a little water (around 1 cup).
  • Let it come to a boil and cook until the grapes are soft.
  • For a shorter method, you can use a pressure cooker as well.
  • Once the grapes are soft and mushy, add Sugar and cook again for 50 second.
  • Add any citrus or Orange juice and cook on low flame until the mixture thickens slightly.
  • Keep stirring until the jam is slightly thick.
  • The right way to check is the jam is done is to take a spoon and drop two spoons of the mix on the spoon.
  • Keep in mind that the mixture needs to be put off the flame when slightly liquidly.
  • Take one clean sieve and crush them with, automatically all seeds come out.
  • Don't wait for it to harden since it will anyways harden once cooled.
  • Store into airtight jars and enjoy them with your kids Breakfast favorite pairings of toast, tarts, pies or even flatbreads, and sandwiches.
