  • 300 gram Lotus Stem
  • 60 gram Potato Boiled
  • 15 gram Yellow Chilly Powder
  • 15 gram Ginger
  • 10 gram Coriander Leaves Fresh
  • 10 gram Chat Masala
  • 10 ml Rose Water
  • 05 gram Red Chilly Flakes
  • 05 gram Green Cardamon Powder
  • 15 gram Corn Flour
  • 25 gram Bread Crumb
  • 05 gram Garam Masala
  • 02 no Green Chilly Fresh
  • A Pinch Saffron
  • 60 gram Kesari Dahi
  • 03 ltr Oil Cooking

Instructions
 

  • Peel and cut the Lotus Stem after that boil for 10 mins and then Deep fry and leave it for cool down.
