Ingredients
  

  • 400 gram Corn Sweet
  • 30 gram Yellow Chilly Powder
  • 30 gram Chat Masala
  • 20 gram Cumin Seeds
  • 20 gram Fresh Green Chilly Whole
  • 40 gram Fresh Coriander
  • 100 gram Bread crumb
  • 60 gram Corn Flour
  • 80 gram Potato
  • 15 gram Ginger Fresh
  • 30 gram Onion Red
  • 10 gram Beetroot
  • 170 gram Mint Chutney
  • Salt To taste
  • 3 ltr Cooking Oil

Instructions
 

  • Grind Sweet corn into a coarse paste.
    How to make corn mixture
  • Heat 20 ml Oil in a pan add Cumin seed, Sweet Corn paste and cook on slow fire for 20 mins then leave it aside to get it cold.

  • Boiled and grate Potato.
  • Fine chop Green Chilly, Coriander and Ginger.
  • Mix Sweet Corn paste with all the ingredients except Cooking oil.
