  • 300 gram Whole mushrooms
  • 01 number Roughly cut onions or chopped
  • Roughly cut garlic or chopped as per Quantity
  • 2 tbsp. vegetables oil or sunflower oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Add a pinch of black pepper optional

  • 02 piece sandwiches bread White or Browns
  • 10 gram English cheddar cheese you can choose as per your choice

  • Slice the mushrooms And no need to remove the Stems, then slice mushrooms and wash them thoroughly.

  • Put the slice mushrooms in a bowl. chopped some finely or roughly onions and garlic.

  • In a large sauté pan over medium-high heat, add the olive oil and heat.
  • Add garlic in pan start cooking and keep eye on pan, don't let them burn. cook over medium-low heat for 30 second to 1 minutes stirring gently until the flavors have absorbed and the garlic are light golden.

  • Add onions and cook over medium-low heat for 2-3 minutes stirring gently until the flavors have absorbed and the onions are golden.
