Ingredients
  

  • 300 gram Mix Fresh Vegetable Cut in Small cubes
  • 40 gram Potato Boiled
  • 10 gram Cumin Seed
  • 10 gram Ginger Fresh
  • 03 gram Cardamon Green
  • 03 gram Cardamon Black
  • 03 gram Bay leaf
  • 30 gram Corn Flour
  • 35 gram Bread Crumb
  • 15 gram Yellow Chilly Powder
  • 15 gram Coriander Fresh
  • 03 gram Green Chilly Whole
  • 03 gram Garam Masala
  • 08 gram Chat Masala
  • 03 gram Cardamon Green Powder
  • 120 gram Mint Chutney
  • 03 ltr Cooking Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Grind the vegetable into a coarse Paste.

  • Saute the vegetable with Cumin seed, Bayleaf, Cardamon Black and Green.
  • Fine chop Ginger, Coriander Fresh and Chily.
  • Boiled and grate Potato.
