Make small pieces of pahadi mula (radish roots) and potato using a stone grinder.

Saute cumin seeds, jakhya seeds (rai seeds) and chopped garlic.
Add potatoes, radish roots, tomatoes, and salt, add spices turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder.
Now, add dry Homemade spices and water.
Cover with the lid and cook for 20 minutes.
